MAQEVTIC INVESTMENTS Sp. z o.o. is a company registered in Warsaw and active in the construction sector. Our registered activities cover specialist construction works not classified elsewhere (PKD 43.99.Z) and the realisation of other construction projects (PKD 68.12.C as registered).
In practice, this means we take on the parts of a building project that do not fit a standard trade: technical solutions, finishing stages, structural details and coordinated project delivery. Clients bring us a defined need, and we organise the people, materials and schedule to meet it.
We work from Warsaw and plan each assignment around the site: access, sequencing, safety, neighbours and the client’s timeline. Our approach is simple: agree the scope in writing, report progress clearly and hand over work that has been checked.

For clients who prefer a single point of responsibility, we organise and run the delivery of a construction project: planning, scheduling, procurement of materials and supervision of works on site.
The final stages decide how a building feels and performs. We carry out completion works with attention to tolerances, surfaces and details, and we check each area before it is signed off.
Existing buildings bring unknowns. We survey first, plan around the structure that is already there, and keep disruption to occupants and neighbours as low as the work allows.
Good sites are organised before the first delivery arrives. We plan access, storage, working areas and safety arrangements so that work proceeds without avoidable stoppages.
